In 2018, our founder was running a busy cell phone repair shop in the city center. Business was booming, but the administration was a disaster.
We used sticky notes for passwords, three different Excel spreadsheets for inventory, and a physical receipt book for sales. Mistakes happened daily. Parts went missing. Customers were forgotten.
We tried every software on the market. Some were built for restaurants, some for mega-retailers, and others were just too expensive for a small shop.
So we learned to code and built RepairHub.
What started as a simple tool for one shop quickly spread to friends in the industry. Today, we process millions of dollars in repairs for shops in over 15 countries.
From a backroom project to a global platform.
Frustrated by existing software, we built "RepairManager v1" just for our own shop. It was ugly, but it worked.
Other local shop owners saw us using it and asked for access. We rewrote the code to be cloud-based and launched publicly.
We hit 100 active shops. We added multi-currency support and SMS gateways for 50+ countries.
We are now the operating system for hundreds of businesses, handling everything from POS to Payroll.
