To create your account, we collect: Business Name, Owner Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Payment Information (processed securely via Stripe/PayPal; we do not store raw credit card numbers).

2. Your Business Data

Data you input into the system (Customer names, device IMEI, repair notes) is treated as Confidential Business Data. We do not access this data unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes. We never sell your customer lists to third parties.

3. Data Encryption & Storage

All data is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Databases are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring, firewalls, and regular security patches.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you use integrations (e.g., WhatsApp API, SMS Gateways), limited data (phone numbers, message content) is shared with those specific providers to facilitate message delivery.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. Analytics cookies are used to monitor system performance but do not track personal activities outside our platform.
