Welcome to RepairHub. By creating a shop account, you ("The Subscriber") agree to the following terms governing the use of our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

1. License Grant

RepairHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RepairHub software solely for your internal business operations (managing repairs, inventory, and sales). You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software.

3. Data Ownership & Security

You retain full ownership of all data you input into RepairHub (customer lists, sales data, inventory). RepairHub creates automated backups to ensure data integrity but is not liable for data loss caused by user error or malicious account compromise due to weak passwords.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. In the unlikely event of significant downtime, we are not liable for lost business revenue.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for: (a) Managing stolen devices; (b) Sending unsolicited spam via the SMS/WhatsApp integration; (c) Storing illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
